4 vegan croissants
8 slices vegan bacon
1 pack Bonsan Breakfast Scramble
1 large tomato, sliced
75g baby leaf spinach
Serves: 4
1. Warm your croissants in the oven according to package instructions.
2. Fry vegan bacon according to package instructions.
3. In another pan, cook Breakfast Scramble according to package instructions.
4. Slice open your croissants and layer your vegan bacon, Breakfast Scramble, tomato slices and spinach.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
