Viral Smashed Potato Caesar Salad

2 tsp paprika
Pinch garlic granules
1/2 tsp mixed herb
7 baby potatoes
Salt & pepper
Heaped tsp roast potato seasoning
Large serving romaine lettuce
4 tbsp light caesar dressing
1 tbsp Bonsan Cashew Chive Cheese-free spread
Chives, finely diced

1. Boil the new potatoes until tender, this tends to be for 25 mins or until the potatoes can fall off a knife easily.
2. Preheat oven to 200c.
3. On a baking tray, smash the potatoes lightly without separating pieces too much, spray with oil and season with salt, pepper, roast seasoning and 1 tsp paprika.
4. Place potatoes into the oven for 14 mins, flipping halfway.
5. On a plate/large bowl, serve up some chopped romaine lettuce, light Caesar dressing and cashew chive spread. Once the potatoes are cooked, place them with the salad and top with some chopped chives.
6. Mix everything together and enjoy!
