Viral Chocolate Christmas Tree Puff Pastry (Vegan)

4 tbsp Bonsan Choco Hazelnut Spread
2 rolls of vegan puff pastry
Icing sugar, for dusting

Serves: 8

1. Preheat the oven to 200/180C fan.
2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay out a roll of puff pastry.
3. Smooth the choco spread over the pastry evenly, then place the second layer of puff pastry on top.
4. Cut out a big triangle from the pastry (the tree), and set aside the off-cuttings.
5. Cut horizontal lines (around 2cm long) on each side of the triangle to act as branches to the tree, then begin twisting each branch slightly to create a swirl.
6. Using the off-cuttings, cut out a star shape and place at the top of the pastry tree.
7. Place your pastry tray into the oven and leave to bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
8. Once baked, remove from the oven and dust with icing sugar. Tear apart and share around!
