Easy Plant-based Chocolate Mummy Pastries

4 tbsp Bonsan Mylk Choco Spread
320g puff pastry sheets
Vegan edible eyes (for decoration)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 200°c.
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets onto parchment paper. Cut out 4 rectangles and thin strips of pastry to create the "bandages."
3. Spread an equal amount of the chocolate spread in the center of each rectangular pastry. Drape the thin strips of pastry across the chocolate spread to mimic bandages.
4. Place the pastries in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
5. Once cooled, dust the pastries with powdered sugar and add the edible eyes to create your mummies. Enjoy these delicious Halloween treats!
