Easy Vegan Pesto Courgetti

4 large courgettes
Bonsan Green Pesto
2 tbsp pine nuts, to serve
Sprig fresh basil leaves, to serve

Serves: 4

1. Trim and spiralize the courgettes, then set aside.
2. Add the pesto to the courgetti and mix until fully coated. Sprinkle with fresh basil and pine nuts, and serve as a delicious plant-based meal!
