Homemade Tortilla Chips with Bonsan Red Pepper and Cashew Pate
12 wraps
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika & 1 tsp salt
Bonsan Red Pepper and Cashew Pate
•	Preheat the oven to 200c
•	Brush each wrap with olive oil on both sides.
•	Cut each wrap into strips, then into triangles.
•	Combine the salt with the paprika, then sprinkle on the chips.
•	Place on baking trays in a single layer and bake for 7-8 minutes, until golden and crisp. (they will continue to crisp up when cooling)
•	Serve with Bonsan red pepper and cashew pate to dip the tortillas into and enjoy!
