3-4 tbsp Bonsan Red Pepper and Cashew Spread
A few basil leaves, to serve
Vegan parmesan cheese, grated, to serve
1. Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Before draining, be sure to keep aside a small cup of the starchy pasta water.
2. Add the red pepper and cashew spread to the spaghetti and mix. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the pasta water until it reaches the right consistency.
3. Serve with a few basil leaves and a sprinkle of vegan parmesan cheese - delish!
