Roast Sweet potato wedges with aioli

- Bonsan Garlic Aioli
- 6 large sweet potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried chilli flakes

Serves: 4

- Preheat the oven to 220c. Line and a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cut your sweet potatoes into wedges.
- Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil and mix until evenly coated. Then season with the salt & pepper, paprika, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crisps and golden.
- Serve the potatoes drizzled with Bonsan Garlic Aioli, or as a dipping sauce.
