SPINACH TORTELLONI WITH VEGAN ALFREDO SAUCE
1 (250g) pack of Bonsan Organic Tortelloni with Spinach and Pine Nuts
1 (125g) pack of Bonsan Organic Almond Crème
4 large garlic cloves
150ml plant milk such as almond
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
15g nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt
pepper to taste
Serves: 2
1. Bring salted water to the boil, add tortelloni and cook for 3-5 minutes
2. Meanwhile, add the rest of the ingredients to a blender and process until nice and smooth.
3. Then transfer the blender contents to a saucepan and cook on the stovetop on medium-high heat for approximately 5-minutes until it has thickened up to the desired consistency.
4. Drain the tortelloni, and add them to the pan with the sauce and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
