4 slices of vegan cheese
4 slices of sourdough bread
A handful of sliced red cabbage
2 tbsp Bonsan Beetroot & Horseradish Spread
2 tsp of Bonsan Vegan Ghee
1. Butter the slices of bread on one side.
2. Turn the bread over and place, on 2 non buttered sides, the cheese and cabbage. Spread the beetroot spread on the other two and then close the sandwich on top of the cabbage.
3. Place a frying pan on a medium heat and add the two sandwiches to the hot pan. Push down slightly so you achieve a lovely brown colour, flip and do the same on the other side. Remove from the pan and slice in half and enjoy!
