Vegan Kofu Fish-free Fillet Sliders

3 x Bonsan Organic Kofu Fishfree Fillet
6 tbsp Bonsan Organic Cocomayo
2 tsp olive oil
6 baby gem lettuce leaves
1 avocado, sliced
Pickled red onion
6 mini slider buns

Serves: 6

1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the kofu fishfree fillets and fry gently until golden brown.
2. Remove the fillets from the frying pan and slice them in half.
3. To the bottom half of each slider, add the cocomayo, followed by the lettuce, half a kofu fish-free fillet, avocado slices, pickled red onion and top with the other half of the slider bun. Enjoy!
