1 Pack of Bonsan Kofu Sausages 240 g - sliced into thin strips
Bonsan Organic White Bean Mustard Spread
1 Carrot - use a vegetable peeler to make the ribbons
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Bread of choice - toasted
1 large avocado pitted and sliced
Sprouts of choice

Serves: 2 sandwiches

1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the Bonsan Organic Kofu Sausages. Cook until golden and crispy, about 6 minutes. Slice lengthways.

2. With a vegetable peeler, shave carrot thinly to create ribbons.

3. Toast the bread. Spread one half of the bread with a generous portion of the Bonsan Organic White Bean Mustard Spread. Place cooked sausage slices on top, followed by sliced avocado, carrot ribbons and sprouts. Serve immediately.
