Healthy Vegan Chocolate Truffles 

100g hazelnuts
2 tbsp Bonsan Choco Spread
3 unpitted dates
Cocoa powder, to dust.

Serves: 10

In a food processor, grind the hazelnuts to a powder.
Add the chocolate spread and dates to the food processor, and blend until smooth.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls.
Roll each ball in cocoa powder. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for an hour if you’d prefer them cold!
