VEGAN EGG & AVOCADO SANDWICH
1 packet of Bonsan Organic Scramble
Bonsan Organic Beetroot Spread (to taste)
1 Avocado, sliced
Handful of fresh spinach
Sourdough Bread
Serves: 2
1. Slice the scramble and warm through in a pan.
2. Thickly slice the sourdough bread and grill or toast pieces.
3. Spread the Beetroot Spread on one side of the bread, and layer spinach, Scramble and avocado.
4. Serve and enjoy!
